James Fennell, DDS
Dr. Fennell grew up in Norwood Ohio, graduating from Norwood High School in 1972. After getting his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Miami University he attended and graduated from The Ohio State Dental School in 1979. He completed his residency at Womack Army Hospital, Ft. Bragg North Carolina the following year and then spent the next 3 years in Goeppeingen, Germany where he served as Officer in Charge of dental services for the soldiers and their families of the 1st Infantry Division. He earned the Expert Medical Field Badge and the Army Commendation Medal while in Germany.
Dr. Fennell's interest in the field of dental implantology began as a dental implant research assistant while a student at Ohio State. He began his formal training in implants with the Midwest Implant Institute in 1984,earning the Outstanding Extern Award in 1993. He has been actively placing and restoring implants for almost 20 years and has earned Diplomate status in the American Board of Oral Implantology. Dr. Fennell is certified to administer IV Sedation and maintains his certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Thomas Baron, DDS
Dr. Thomas Baron has been providing comfortable, relaxed, and pain-free dental treatment to his Cincinnati area patients for nearly 20 years. Experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Baron often uses IV Sedation to allow his patients to receive a wide range of dental treatment in a single appointment, while they sleep. He has additional training and expertise in root canal therapy ,often combining it with IV sedation to completely take the fear out of this tooth-saving procedure. Patients who are apprehensive, have had negative dental experiences in the past, have strong gag reflexes, or just prefer not to be awakeduring treatment benefit tremendously from this approach.
Originally from Cincinnati, Dr. Baron received his dental degree from Ohio State University in 1985, receiving academic honors. He was selected for further medical training and experience at the prestigious Gelsinger Medical Center in Danville,Pennsylvania, completing his hospital Residency there in 1986. Dr Baron then returned to Cincinnati to join one of the most widely respected group practices in the area. He continues to stay current in the latest in dentistry through the Cincinnati Dental Society Continuing Education courses each year.
While not seeing patients, Dr Baron enjoys serving at his church, singing in groups and leading Bible studies. He helps his wife Susie in home schooling their junior high aged son and daughter, and loves being involved in youth soccer and gymnastics.
Rob Yoxthimer, DDS
Dr. Yoxthimer, a native of Loveland, Ohio joined the practice in July 2007. After receiving his BS in Chemistry in 1998 from Xavier University he worked for Procter & Gamble for five years as a research chemist. Following God's prompting, he changed careers and attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. His areas of interest in the dental field include pediatrics, management of the medically compromised patient, oral pathology, dental esthetics, endodontic and periodontal dentistry, and tobacco cessation programs. Dr. Yoxthimer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Cincinnati Dental Society and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Dr. Yoxthimer's other interests include spending time with family, photography , camping, hiking, canoeing, traveling, and woodworking. Furthermore, he and his wife, Bekah, have spent time in the recent past on short term dental missions work in Honduras.
